Create ambiance and warmth that everyone can enjoy this holiday season. Below are reasons why having a fireplace is so beneficial.
A fireplace aids your home’s central heating system. By using a fireplace you’re limiting energy costs in order to heat a specific room. You’ll notice savings on your energy bill by quickly heating a room instead of slowing warming the entire house.
Inserts range in size, style, and build depending on your specific needs. Our varied selection gives a multitude of options to choose from.
Whether looking for propane, pellet, gas, or electric. Trinity Fireside has inserts that make igniting a fire quick and easy. Traditional fireplaces need to be monitored and extinguished. This creates a mess and takes additional time. Our fireplace inserts start and stop with the push of a button.
Maintaining a fireside is easier than ever with our experienced technicians. By having a yearly maintenance visit, you’ll be able to enjoy the warmth without messy cleanup or start-up malfunctions.
We provide a number of fireplaces that vary in design based on your style and intended use. Outdoor units extend the use of your home year-round. Utilize fire bowls for a unique design feature as well as a heated seating area. Use pellet stoves to save on energy, or electric to protect animals and small children. Whatever the use, we have options to fit your needs.
Having a fireplace adds to the overall value of your home. According to the National Association of Real Estate Appraisers, “adding a fireplace increases the resale value of your home by 6-12%!” A recent survey showed that, “46 percent of homebuyers would pay more for a home with at least one fireplace.” US News says that adding a fireplace is one of 11 updates, “that will give you the most bang for your buck.”
While firesides have many practical benefits, they provide a place for all to gather around and enjoy. Create a space that is inviting and comfortable for everyone! At Trinity Fireside we have a number of choices to make your fireside a central gathering place. Visit https://trinityfireside.com/fireplaces-inserts/ to find the right choice for you!

As summer comes to an end, there are still many days to be enjoyed outdoors by having a year-round backyard retreat. There are a number of ways to create an elegant space that functions as comfortably as indoors. Utilizing this space increases your home value and maximizes the use of every square foot.
Think of your backyard as an extension of the indoors. For example, extend color pallets, furniture style, and fixtures to the outside. Take the overall look and consider the amount of square footage available. Designing around these will help guide in the steps to create a cohesive extension of your home. In addition, focus on the intention of the space, and how it will be utilized on a daily basis.
Make amenities easily accessible by including an outdoor kitchen, sink, refrigerator, or fireplace. By anticipating expected use and considering space, make life easier by having indoor conveniences readily available. Include comfortable lounge furniture for additional seating to create an inviting atmosphere.
When adding furniture and amenities space plays a major factor in the overall layout. Keep in mind walking room and daily use before buying appliances and furniture. The two should complement each other in order to create an open and inviting environment.

Investing in a year-round space for your home increases the overall value. In the event that you plan to sell, having a well designed and functional outdoor space will increase equity and potential buyers’ interest. With this in mind, plan to purchase items of lasting quality versus quick fixes. As a result, you’ll have a relaxing environment that potentially pays in the future.

Save money while choosing a product that’s good for the environment!
Pellet stoves use cylinders of composite biomass fuel that produces a steady warming fire. These are typically made of 50% sawdust, 28% waste paper, 17% residual forest waste, and 5% agricultural product. This form of renewable energy has already prevented 4.5 million tons of carbon emissions!
Say for instance a pellet stove is installed. The average annual emissions saved would be roughly 3x the impact of driving a hybrid vehicle for half the cost. These stoves are the cleanest source of solid fuel-burning heat. Along with efficiency, there are options for both freestanding and insert designs. Allowing you to choose the appliance that best suits your home.
Okay, so it’s good for the environment… but how much will it cost? In the long run, pellets produce heat that will save on energy bills. Statistically, there is a 2-5 year payback with savings! When comparing energy bills, pellets produce 44% less than oil, 47% less than electric, and 53% less than propane!
These biomasses are constantly replenished and reforested, resulting in carbon absorbed when growing and equally given off when used. This results in leaving a carbon-neutral footprint. You no longer have to choose between money or the environment! Heat your home efficiently while using an eco-friendly product.

1 pie crust dough, 12 milk chocolate segments I used a Hershey’s Candy Bar, 1 graham cracker split into four segments, 1/2 cup marshmallow cream, 40 mini marshmallows, and 1 egg white beaten.
Roll out the pie crust dough and cut it into four large circles (about 6 inches each) using a bowl as a pattern. Then place a small graham cracker segment in the center of the dough circle.
Add two squares of chocolate and a touch of marshmallow cream. Stick about ten mini marshmallows into the marshmallow cream. Wet the edges of the dough. Fold the dough over the s’mores toppings, pressing it in place. From there fold the edges to press them in place.
Brush the whole hand pie (top and bottom) with a beaten egg white. Grease the grill grates. Grill the s’mores hand pies for about two minutes over medium heat for each side.
Finally, move the hand pies to the upper rack to cook for an additional minute in the indirect heat. After removing them from the grill, put a little marshmallow cream on top of each hand pie. Stick a segment of chocolate in the middle of the marshmallow cream to hold it in place.

In light of June being garage door safety month, we at Trinity Fireside have decided to provide a list of helpful tips to prevent possible injuries and complications that can occur. This is not a list that covers all manufacturer’s doors, but tends to be the most common issues that homeowners run into.
The springs on a garage door can be the most dangerous part of the door itself. Over time these springs wear out and need to be replaced in order to prevent them from breaking and causing injuries. Doors that have two springs should have both replaced at the same time. This will not only avoid injury but will continue to allow your door to work efficiently and properly. When the springs are squeaky, try lubricating first and if the noise persists call a technician for maintenance.
Check the cables alongside the spring system for worn or frayed cords. When worn, these cables are at a higher risk of breaking and can cause injury. Call a trained technician to replace the cables when needed. When a garage door has extension springs, a safety cable should be used to contain the springs. Extension springs are under high tension and can cause injury if it breaks.
Garage doors should open and close smoothly whether old or new. When doors move awkwardly up and down, it may mean that the spring system is out of balance. Similar to balancing tires on a car, balancing springs prevents wear which allows for long term use. Also, when purchasing a new door, it’s tempting to use the old garage door track in order to save a few dollars. However, each door is different in weight, size, and material. For safety, longevity, and ease, it’s best to replace the track to match the new door. Then the two will function as one.
Many homeowners pinch their fingers each year when pulling down a garage door to close. If the door does not have pinch-resistant joints, they should have lift handles or suitable gripping points on both sides of the door. Even for those with an opener, it’s best to have door handles in the event that the electricity goes out or if the opener isn’t working.
Installing a garage door on your own can be dangerous. It’s safest to have a trained technician install and to annually check/maintain your garage door. Each door is manufactured differently. It’s important to read the manual and to store it nearby when needed.
